In the year 2000 and after a long professional career inside the kitchens of the Corfiot hotels, our father decides it was the time for a creative change. Our whole family becomes a part of this change and decides to harmonize with what truly expresses us, namely the sea and Greek cuisine. In that year, this idea is implemented by creating a unique space next to the sounds of the calm water and the natural landscape. Since then, each improvement in the restaurant takes care to serve aesthetically the immediate elegance and timelessness.
